To mark the 90th anniversary of the Halifax Explosion in December 2007, Jon wrote a short story set in the disaster.
Black Snow, the novel version, will be published by Pottersfield Press in spring 2009. He appeared on CKDU to discuss writing in Oct. 2008 and on Haligonia.ca in November.
